SNF Academy Launches at Sports Network & Fitness

Sports Network & Fitness in Manassas, VA is pleased to announce the launch of SNF Academy, an elite athlete training school dedicated to the serious athlete. We will be debuting our first program in the sport of lacrosse.

On February 1st and February 15th we are offering our first ever pre-season lacrosse training camp. These are both school holidays and present the perfect opportunity for you prepare for the upcoming lacrosse season.

Matt Blamey, SNF Academy Lacrosse Director and Head Men’s Coach at Northern Virginia Community College, will be partnering with Fred McDannell, Managing Partner and Trainer with House of Speed, to create a comprehensive two-day training camp. For boys ages 9-14, all campers will go through two full days of comprehensive skills training, scrimmaging and competition. Coupled with the speed and agility expertise of House of Speed, you will have two legs up heading into the spring season!

Both sessions will run from 8:30AM-3:00PM. Lunch is provided for all campers and the all-inclusive cost is only $225. If you are only able to make one session, cost will be $150.
